Before ordering a made-to-measure suit from us, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. Here, we'll show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them. Warning: measuring yourself at home is trickier than you think! For best results, always have your measurements taken by a professional local tailor.    

Notes     The suit doesn't include any accessory, such as wedding veil, gloves, etc. in original picture. Bidding is for one suit only. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, We can not guarantee that the color of the dress will be exactly the same as the photos you saw.  In order to make the dress fit for you, please give us your exactitude size and exact color requirement when placing an order.    

Shipping     1). Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARK when you make payment. The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.   2). Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through Chinapostair, EMS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or Air Mail, according to actual situation .   3). You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.   4). As for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is the so called remote area by DHL or UPS, the additional fee shall be paid by the buyer.   5). We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.   6). For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with the express company and update the latest information for you. Return & Refund   As always, if the item is unsatisfactory, please do contact us first for a quick and satisfactory resolution.   (1)Return   Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition. For dresses, you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee. It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.   Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.   (2)Exchange   Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.   (3)Procedures Of Return And Get Refund   Contact our customer service immediately.For the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove.We will give you the returning mailing address.   After the returned item by you is received, we will refund you in 3 to 7 working days by Paypal. Rush order fee and the shipping cost you paid before is non-refundable
